 Nice water bottleApr 06, 2010
Decent water bottle for the price. Kind of cheap plastic for the top cap part, and general, run of the mill cap apparatus. Leaks a little, but it was given harsh treatment by my almost-2-year old son, so I can understand that. However, the colorful traks are only a shrink-wrapped plastic cover over a metal bottle, so when it was washed on the top rack of the dishwasher, it started to peel off. I probably didn't read the "hand wash only" instructions, so it's most likely my bad. Oh well. It's cute!

I love the Crocodile Creek stainless steel bottles for both my children. My 4 year old son has this one and loves it! He likes the sports top and I like the price compared to our Thermos bottles. The opening is narrow so be prepared to get a bottle brush to be able to clean inside. I only let my kids drink from stainless steel after all the BPA information was released...we tossed everything plastic. I highly recommend these bottles - cute colors, designs, great price!

My son was obsessed with my large Sigg bottle but if it was more than half-full, he had trouble getting it to his mouth independently. This is a good size. I don't have to keep refilling it throughout the day. The sport-top leaks a little while drinking so I don't put anything but water in it, but I don't want him sipping on other liquids all day long anyway.
