Huggable Me ships within the continental United States; to Alaska; to Hawaii; and internationally to Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. We ship to military APO and FPO addresses.
When you place an order with Huggable Me we immediately begin processing your order by having a member of our staff pick, pack and ship your order right from our showroom floor.
At Huggable Me orders received before 11:59 pm PST are typically shipped the following business day via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We will forward shipment tracking information to you via email so that you can track your purchases. If you are concerned about which carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) is used to ship your order then please contact us as soon as possible. We ship most small orders (up to 2 pounds) via the USPS and most larger orders via UPS or FedEx.
Huggable Me ships from California which means that transit times to the East coast can take up to 5 days after the order has been picked up by UPS. Additional delays outside of our control can occur due to bad weather or other factors. Please select your shipping method carefully to ensure delivery by the desired date.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Schedules:
UPS does not deliver to APO or PO Box addresses. If you have an APO or PO Box address then your order will be shipped via USPS.
Expedited shipping is also available. Rates are for UPS 2Day and 3Day services. Because we are unable to define rates by shipping zone on amazon.com, our expedited shipping rates are approximate.
International shipping: Both standard and expedited shipping options are available. All international shipments are shipped via USPS.
Special Shipping Arrangements: Please call us at 1-855-871-3348 to arrange any special shipping arrangements such as overnight delivery or delayed delivery to coordinate with your travel plans (such as delivery to a hotel).
